Kata Incze is a Budapest based film director and writer working across Hungary and Romania. She is drawn to exploring the subtle layers of human relationships and emotional states. Her work moves fluidly between fiction, music videos, and branded content, where she combines a sensitive, intimate perspective with humor and a distinct visual style. Her films balance realism with stylization, creating atmospheres that feel both familiar and slightly heightened.

Alongside her directing work, she is also one of the main film programmers of Budapest International Film Festival (BIFF).
